When Kursat and Amy, the wonderful owners of Tantuni, decided to move to a larger location, they knew they needed stunning new signage that would make a bold statement and reflect the authenticity of their Turkish restaurant. We were thrilled to be part of their journey and help them create a visually impactful presence.
Over the past four years, we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Kursat and Amy on numerous projects, and each one is a testament to their passion for Turkish cuisine and hospitality. This project was no exception.
For the main sign, we created a large ACM panel backdrop, providing a sleek and modern canvas. The logo, crafted from flat-cut acrylic letters, stands proudly with a clean, crisp white. To add a touch of whimsy and authenticity, we scattered small acrylic stars around the logo, creating a delightful visual effect. To create a 3D effect, the flat cut letters where fitted with 20mm spacers.
But the details didn’t stop there. Kursat and Amy wanted to infuse their windows with a touch of Turkish culture. At the bottom, we applied etched vinyl, providing a subtle layer of privacy while still allowing natural light to filter through. Then, using stencil techniques, we added black vinyl designs depicting iconic locations in Türkiye and delectable dishes from Turkish cuisine. It was a beautiful way to tell their story and connect with their customers on a deeper level.
This project was more than just creating stunning new signage; it was about capturing the essence of Tantuni and their commitment to providing an authentic Turkish dining experience. We’re proud to have helped them create a welcoming and visually stunning space that truly reflects their passion and dedication.
