Monolith Signs and Totems
That Make You Impossible to Miss
For kerb-side visibility, Totem and Monolith signs are unbeatable, can be small, chunky or tall, slim and readable from distance. We design, engineer and install monolith/totem signs in aluminium, steel, stainless, wood or PVC, with in-house welding and fabrication. Whether you need a tall roadside monolith or a compact internal totem, we’ll handle structure, cladding, illumination and foundations.
Structures we build
Aluminium tray monolith sign lightweight, rust-proof, perfect for powder coat + vinyl/print or push-through acrylic letters.
Steel spine with aluminium/ACM cladding – robust core, clean finish; ideal for halo-lit or face-lit lettering.
Solid timber or timber-clad totems – warm, natural finish (oiled or stained).
PVC/ACM economy totems – budget-friendly, great for retail parks and multi-tenant directories.
Single- or double-sided, flat or curved profiles, with access hatches for electrical gear.

When Heavy Becomes Hazard
A local stone mason called us after their old monolith sign came down in a storm. The previous build was a tank: steel pipes + raw aluminium, roughly 300–400 kg. It sat low on the base, water pooled around the feet, the frame rusted out, and one big gust finished the job. Thankfully, nobody was hurt and no cars were nearby—but it was a wake-up call.
What We Changed (and Why)
We rebuilt the monolith sign from the ground up with longevity in mind:
Aluminium welded frame (no rust)
ACM cladding for a clean, durable skin
Total weight: ~55 kg — safe to install, easier to service
Solid concrete base with raised plinth + drainage, so water can’t sit and rot anything
ETA-approved resin anchors for a rock-solid hold
Double-Profile Design that Works Hard
We didn’t just replace the old monolith—we made it smarter. The structure is double profile:
A main box carries the logo (clear brand read at distance)
A second, wider side box pushes details & opening times forward, so close-up info is easy to read without crowding the hero face
The Result
A lighter, stronger monolith sign that looks sharp and stays put. Engineered to be weather-resistant, easy to maintain, and good for another 10 years with basic care. No puddles, no hidden corrosion traps—just clean lines and a frame that won’t quit.
Our fabrication edge
Certified welding & fabrication for custom frames, and bases.
CNC/laser cutting for precision trays and apertures.
Lighting: 12/24 V LED modules, opal acrylic faces, day/night vinyls.
Finishes: powder coat, brushed metal, timber oils, anti-graffiti laminates.
Foundations: bolt-down baseplates with resin anchors or cast-in cages.
Sizes & ideas
Tall & slim (4–6 m) for roadside visibility.
Small & wide for retail parks and entrances.
Directory totems with tenant slots and interchangeable panels.
Brand monuments with 3D logos, push-through acrylic and halo lighting.
Safety & installation: We survey, design for wind loads, supply RAMS, and install with lifting gear where required.
